Founders Law had the honour of representing The Ambassador Platform in their recent sale to IDP Education, a move which we believe will significantly augment IDP’s student placement business. 💼
The Ambassador Platform is a UK-headquartered peer-to-peer marketing and student recruitment platform for higher education providers and their technology is used by more than 150 educational institutions across five continents. 💻
According to Tennealle O’Shannessy, the CEO of IDP, the successful acquisition will further differentiate IDP’s services to students and universities, whilst accelerating their plans to incorporate peer-to-peer engagement into their platform.
Cullen Gordge, Senior Associate at Founders Law, has advised The Ambassador Platform on the acquisition which is valued at an estimated £9m.
