Yao Trinh, Senior Associate at Founders Law, has advised Founders Forum Group, a global community and group of businesses powering entrepreneurs at every stage of their journeys, on its recent acquisition of Tech Nation.
Tech Nation is a national network for ambitious UK tech entrepreneurs and helps startups compete globally to bring jobs, skills, and higher productivity to the UK.

Further details will be shared over the coming months, but preliminary plans include the continuation of four Tech Nation programmes: Future Fifty, Net Zero, Libra, and Rising Stars, as well as continued research into the UK’s tech ecosystem.
